Sunrise Equities is actively acquiring distressed or underperforming properties in the New York Metro area. We focus on 2-50 unit multifamily buildings with deal sizes generally ranging between $500,000 - $5,000,000.

Through creative debt and equity financing arrangements, we are able to close on any type of deal from opportunistic ground up development sites to stabilized cash flowing buildings.

Our in house construction team gives us an in depth understanding of the renovation or construction work necessary for each project. This helps us get potential deals to the closing table quicker than our competitors.
